Aberdeen Asset Management (AAM) has achieved two new lettings at Two Rivers Shopping Centre, Staines. Urban Zing, a modern Indian restaurant, signed a new 15-year lease for a 1,726 sq ft unit at a rent of £85,000.
Mitchells & Butler’s, trading as Harvester, has signed a new 25- year lease for a 6,000 sq ft unit at a rent of £120,000, taking over from the surrendered lease to Eldridge Pope, trading as Que Pasa.
Simon Moscow, AAM director of fund management, said: “We are delighted to have signed Urban Zing and Harvester as new tenants at Two Rivers. The two restaurants join the established quality line up of family eateries which include Frankie and Bennys, Ask, Pizza Hut, Nandos and Spur Steakhouse.” Both Morgan Williams and Lunson Mitchenall advised AAM.
