Aberdeen Asset Management has announced two new lettings along Petty Cury at Lion Yard Shopping Centre, Cambridge. The Pop Culture Company, trading as Pulp, a music-inspired pop culture clothing store, and Rett Retail, trading as Ark, a retailer in branded fashion, will open this summer.

Pulp has entered into a 10-year lease for a 1,627 sq ft unit at an annual rent of £210,000. It is scheduled to open in the summer and will sit alongside Superdry and Miss Selfridge. Ark has entered into a 10-year lease for a 2,137 sq ft unit at an annual rent of £170,000. The store will sit alongside Kew Ladieswear and Miss Selfridge.

Simon Andrews, director, asset management, said: “We are delighted to have signed Pulp and Ark to Lion Yard.  They will add to our younger fashion offer as we continue to refresh our line up as Cambridge continues to outperform the national outlook.” Smith Price and Lunson Mitchenall advised Aberdeen Asset Management.
