Bromsgrove Motor Factors has agreed to relocate to St Modwen’s £10m Great Western Business Park in Worcester. The distributor of motor components, garage equipment, tools and consumables is moving from Worcester Trade Park. It will open a new 5,720 sq ft trade and distribution unit at the St Modwen facility.

The deal comes hard on the heels of Materials Solutions’ signing of a signing a three year stepped lease at the development. Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager for St. Modwen, said
Great Western Business Park had been steadily building over the past few months and offered flexible leasing opportunities.

Twelve units have now either been let as part of the first phase which comprises 18 industrial and storage units on a 7.2-acre site. The units range from 2,218 sq ft to 23,468 sq ft. Pickfords, Lightsource Europe and SPAL Automotive UK are among the occupiers. Great Western Business Park is three miles from Junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 and less than 45 minutes from Birmingham International Airport.
