Polish property
It's possible to pick up bargain property in Poland throught the AMW - the Military Property Agency, whose tasks include selling on, unwanted and unloved properties
One of the principal tasks of the Military Property Agency (Polish acronym: AMW) is to dispose of property no longer required by the Polish Armed Forces and the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
They offer a wide range of attractive properties located throughout Poland, from small plots to areas of several hundred hectares. All of which can suit varied uses:
residential/housing
offices
commercial estate
holiday and recreation resorts
production facilities
warehouses
The primary form of AMW real property disposal (sale or leasehold) are public auctions, organized in their Regional Offices, according to the legal regulations in force.
