CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has appointed Jason Kerr, formerly of Savills, director in its projects group. Jason, who in 14 years at Savills advised corporate occupiers on pre-acquisition, fit-out, refurbishment and relocation, will oversee commercial fit-out projects for CBRE’s global clients.
Jason has previously delivered projects for a range of occupiers, including DLA Piper and Zurich Insurance. CBRE’s Projects Team forms one tranche of its Building Consultancy service, which provides occupiers with the technical insight to manage and maintain property of every type.
Matt Wilderspin, senior director in the projects team at CBRE, said: “It is fantastic to welcome someone of Jason’s experience to the team, and we look forward to him playing a key role in the expansion of Building Consultancy Projects.”
