Goodman has unveiled proposals for a new stage of development at Glasgow’s Central Quay Business Park. Found within the city’s International Financial Services District, Goodman has stated the new phase holds the potential for the creation of a further 500,000 sq ft of office space at the site, located near to the Kingston Bridge and in close proximity to rail and air travel amenities.

The new buildings will be designed with both flexibility of use and convenience for future occupiers in mind. “The vision for the business park sets out a plan for modern, attractive buildings which are both environmentally sustainable and efficient to run. Central Quay will also be pedestrian-friendly and thoughtfully landscaped to provide people-friendly urban spaces, all of which help to create the ideal work destination,” said Richard MacDonald of Keppie, who designed the master plan on Goodman’s behalf.

Goodman will seek planning consent for the new buildings once the phase design details are finalised.
