HDG Mansur gets go-ahead

HDG Mansur and Bristol City Council have finalised the new mixed-use scheme located on the site of the former Courage Brewery in Bristol’s Redcliffe Conservation area

Harold D. Garrison, CEO for HDG Mansur said: “The agreed plans provide over a million sq ft of high-quality development, including commercial, residential, retail and leisure space, as well as open public space, a state-of-the-art new bridge – Mobius Bridge, car parking, community facilities and pedestrian walkways. Construction will be managed in phases, with work starting on the Counterslip building space in January 2007.”
