Screenetics has taken space at St Modwen’s Innovation Centre at Cranfield University Technology Park. Cranfield Technology Park is an 80 acre site situated next to Cranfield University.
St Modwen has already developed more than 116,000 sq ft of business accommodation there. Nissan’s 220,000 sq ft European Technical Centre is among the 40 businesses that occupy the park. Screenetics, an innovator in the corporate health screening market, has moved from Milton Keynes to the business hub.
It picked the park because of the flexible office space and access to the services it offers.
Rupert Wood, regional director at St Modwen, said the park was “a perfect example of the type of facility that small, innovative businesses can thrive in”.
