Plans have been unveiled for the largest mixed-use waterfront development in Europe.
The scheme, now known as Titanic Quarter, is worth £3bn, will have 1.5km of water frontage, and is expected to create at least 20,000 new jobs over the next 15 years. The 185-acre site on the banks of Belfast’s river Lagan will be transformed into a new maritime quarter.
